- I started using z-mass a few weeks ago and am thrilled with the results. I have more energy for my workouts, and recover quicker. I've also noticed more muscle definition and tone since starting z-mass...thanks!

- Z-Mass, good supplement. I have been using Z-Mass for around 8 months on and off. It allows me to really zone out and get aggressive on those intense lifting days. And for the norm I get added strength and definition.

- Zmass-pm, I have tried numerous supplements, and tried z-mass do to the hype
surrounding it, however, i did not notice any change in my body, or strength
besides a change in the substance of my bowel movements.

- I started using a combination of Cell-Tech, Dymetadrine Extreme and Z-Mass
PM and gained 20 pounds in two months. With this my waist went from a size
34 to a 32 1/2. I was involved in a weight-lifting routine of working out
6 days a week. I would run 4 times a week for 30 minutes and do 200 crunches
a day. I was extremely happy with my results and felt no fatigue while going through my workouts.

- i have used zmass pm just to "boost" me while i re-start my routine. boy
does this stuff work. before football season started i was benching 305.
when i hit the gym 2 mos. ago i was down to about 245. in just two mos. im
up to 345!!! true i did spend some gruesome days and hours in the gym but
now all this is paying off for me. i just cant wait to get stronger and
stronger! also my squat max has gone up from 435 to 515 but no one seems to
really care about squat maxes...its a pity. well this stuff rocks!!

- I have been taking Z-Mass PM for about a month now and I have been
feeling and seeing AMAZING results.
I have tried steroids in the past and nothing compares to the effects I
am feeling from Z-Mass PM. I am 212 lbs and I have not lost any weight
yet I am becoming more defined and MUCH Stronger by the day, inches have
come off my waist and my arms and chest have become thicker and more
defined!!!!!!
Z-Mass is a GREAT product!!!!! I recommend trying it, it is well worth
it.
