Hey Bob, I just wanted to let you know how your outstanding muscle
building program is working for me. After just 4 short weeks, I have achieved
some freighting results. I've packed on 10 quality pounds (I do mean quality)
and dropped 5% bodyfat...totally steroid-like effects using your body's own

Bob, I just finished week twelve and I have some amazing results to share.
Overall I have gained 32 lbs.! I started out at a pretty lean 187. With the
running season winding down, I decided to get serious in the gym with your

I think this is great!! People are constantly commenting on how big I have

Program. I am finishing up my fourth week and I have gained between 6 and 7
pounds of muscle. The way it is written leaves nothing to chance. I have the 4
week diet program also and it has kicked my body into overdrive.

Hi Bob I just received your
Ultimate Muscle Mass
Training package and the Anabolic Nutrition booklet and I must say I am
impressed with the layout of the two. I was very impressed with the nutrition
layout and how the 4 week cycle works and I must say I am anxiously awaiting the
next Monday when I will start the program.

Bob, I recently completed the Ultimate Muscle Mass system. I started the
program at 23% body fat and 228 pounds. I finished the program at 21% body fat
and 242 pounds. Do the math—that’s a loss of 2 pounds of fat, and a gain of 16
pounds of lean muscle! And unlike traditional programs, my strength increased at
a phenomenal rate. For example, my "bench" went up 50%. For the first time in my
life I can bench my own weight. And that was the least of the increases. My
bicep strength doubled, and "squat" strength tripled! By the way, I’m 47 years
old, and now in better shape and higher strength than I was at my "peak" 25
